Kelly Fees is the founder of American Ace, bringing decades of expertise in education, program analysis, and business development to her leadership role. She holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Social Studies Education from Oklahoma State University.
As a military spouse, Kelly understands the values of resilience, dedication, and service. Her husband, Jason H. Fees, served for 23 years in the U.S. military, completing over a dozen tours in the Middle East. This connection to the military community has deeply influenced Kelly’s leadership style, fostering a strong commitment to excellence, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
Throughout her career, Kelly has collaborated with esteemed educational leaders, including Dr. Robert J. Marzano, to advance research-based instructional strategies and improve student outcomes. Her work with Dr. Marzano focused on curriculum design, professional development, and implementing innovative teaching practices that align with rigorous standards.
Kelly’s professional journey includes impactful roles within the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), specializing in program analysis and curriculum development, as well as leadership positions in educational sales and consulting. She has managed multimillion-dollar contracts, guided instructional innovation, and fostered strategic partnerships to deliver measurable success.
